Due to popular demand we are launching our evening Health Walk in partnership with Paths for All. Come along and blow those cobwebs away with a lovely walk through nature.
Enjoy walking at your own pace or feel free to pick up the pace and get that step count up. The walk will take an hour around the pathways with the option to stay behind for a wee cuppa out in the woods to get your breath back and relax before setting off home again.
Not only is a Health Walk great for physical wellbeing, its also great for mental wellbeing and our group is always very friendly and welcoming so please feel free to join us.
