Come along and blow those cobwebs away with a lovely walk through K-Woodlands every Wednesday morning at 10.30am. We meet at the Burley Place entrance and take a leisurely walk through the lovely greenery.
The walk will take approximately hour and a half around the pathways with a wee cuppa out in the woods to get your breath back half way through and relax before setting off to go home again.
Not only is a Health Walk great for physical wellbeing, its also great for mental wellbeing and our group is always very friendly and welcoming so please feel free to join us.
